In 1962,  NAJ first stepped into the bullion market with the prosperity of  Sri GhewarChand Jain. In 1982, the first exclusive  Gold showroom was started in Nellore as New Andhra Jewellery at the Jewel junction area in Mandapala Street, beginning with a vision to redefine luxury jewellery shopping. Since from the year 1985, Sri Lalit Jain took charge as a managing director along with his brothers. And continued this business with quality and divine jewellery with magnificent designs. For the first time in Nellore B.I.S., 916 hallmarks were introduced by New Andhra Jewellery (NAJ) in 2000.

In 2004 Gemologist Mrs Anita Jain took charge as a director of  NAJ and introduced the flawless 4C’s ( Color, Clarity, Cut and Carat ) Belgium Diamonds as NAJ Diamonds. 

Since 2013 Mr Nikhil Jain has taken over the charges as NAJ Gemologist & Director, who has done a diploma in diamonds from the world-famous Gemological Institute of America.
